I can't say we weren't warned. By the time we got down the mountain from Vernal Falls we noticed it had rained. At the campsite we spent the evening moving the chairs back and forth under the awnings of the cabins and waiting for the rain to pass.
Leo was pretty content to sit in his camping chair and read a book though.
