Park Days

The weather has been beautiful in between the rain these days and so we run to a park whenever we can. This day was an absolutely gorgeous day at a park in Piedmont on Linda Avenue. My parent's lived just down the street on Linda Ave.when they first got married and had an apartment in Oakland in 1964. They would have gotten a kick out of Leo playing there.

Leo made up a new game we like to call Swing ball. I think he would have played for hours.

Oh and isn't the hat adorable?

This is the park by Lake Merritt. Good place to hit before the geese arrive in about a month.
